How to Participate

To Attend In-Person: Please refer to the appropriate meeting below or the notice letter, if you received one, from the Planning Department. Please also feel free to contact the Planning Department staff member who provided your notice letter.
To Submit a Letter or other Materials: You are welcome to provide a letter or other written material. All materials should be provided to the Planning Department staff by 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting. Materials may be brought to the Planning Department office in Columbus City Hall or emailed to the staff member who provided your notice letter (materials may also be emailed to planning@columbus.in.gov).
To Participate by Video Conference (if available): The specific meeting information below and the notice letter you received from the Planning Department will indicate if a video conference is available (for most meetings a video conference will not be an option). If a video conference is offered, the link will be posted with the meeting information below approximately 1 hour before that meeting begins. Please note that your microphone will be muted when you enter the meeting; further instructions will be provided during the meeting.
